材料：白醋、玻璃杯及雞蛋一顆 / Material: vinegar, glass, and an egg

Riota 說他將蛋泡在醋裡七天就完成了，so…  我們也如法「泡製」一下吧！   

先將蛋小心地放入玻璃杯裡 / Put the egg in the glass carefully.

再倒入白醋 / Pour enough vinegar around the egg completely.

讓雞蛋完全浸泡在白醋中 / Leave it somewhere safe but out of the sun.

當蛋殼遇上醋，當然也會起個化學反應，上面的白色泡沫乃「二氧化碳」是也。

The foam in the glass is carbon dioxide that was produced by the reaction between the vinegar and the egg shell.

大約一至兩天的時間，蛋殼就可以完全分解了。

Wait for the shell of the egg to completely dissolve. 

This process can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours.

不過 Riota 說他泡了七天，那...  我看我們還是乖點兒，照做吧！

可在第六天時，咱家這小子耐不住性子，硬是將它的皮兒給扒了。又為了確定是有彈性的，因此 Mommy 用力的丟了一下……  哇~  瞎了！蛋破了~~   

Done but we failed. 

沒辦法，只好再試一次，順便換個胖胖杯，才不會雞蛋脹大後無處伸展。

We gave it another try.

為防萬一，咱們這次足足給它泡了10天，夠久了吧~   

Remove the egg from the vinegar once the shell is completely gone.

泡了醋的蛋比正常的明顯大了許多

It’s bigger than the normal one and the shell is gone.

因為蛋殼已徹底分解，所以呢用冷水沖沖就脫落了。

Rinse it in cold water.

蛋殼沖乾淨後，將之擦乾就……   

Wait for the egg to dry.

鏘鏘鏘鏘~   透明的 Bouncy Egg 完成囉！ 

既然是做實驗那當然得有始有終~

後面繼續放置的九天中，蛋內的水分 (包括吸進去的醋水) 漸漸從毛細孔釋出。

所以哩…  最後成了這副模樣—臭皮囊一個！

本想丟了它，但咱家這二愣子還挺有科學家精神，硬是要探究「最終」的結果。

他讓 Mommy 從20cm高的地方開始往下丟做試驗，看看會不會破；就這樣一直試到了約150cm高時，蛋…  終於破了~~   

得到的結果呢…   就是這一坨囉！  

ㄟ…  神奇的是，蛋黃竟然變硬而且很像鹹鴨蛋蛋黃般—硬硬QQ的。

至於結論呢…  哈哈~  不過是純粹好玩外加浪費一瓶醋跟兩顆蛋。That’s all.

不過還是有學到點東西啦~~   

網路上也有人用冷卻後的水煮蛋去做實驗，聽說彈力比較好。

不知道，沒試過。
